Rates

Counselling for individuals: $165 per 55 minute session
Counselling for couples: $200 per 75 minute session

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify any existing coverage for a Registered Social Worker (RSW). A receipt will be provided to you after every paid session which contains all of the information you need to request reimbursement from your provider.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Does my plan have limits on the number of sessions or a maximum amount I can spend on a Registered Social Worker (RSW) per calendar year ? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept debit, cash, etransfer, Visa, and Mastercard as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
